Annie

Annie is a total lover. This lovely lady came to us as a traumatized orphan. Her mom, having been the victim of domestic abuse, had fled the state and abandoned Annie at home. We did not have the heart to bring her to the shelter because she was completely terrified. Despite her past, Annie is quick to trust and love. She is potty trained, crate trained, and good on a leash. She loves other dogs and is totally fine with free feeding and sharing bowls. Her rough past has left a bit of emotional scarring, and she does get a bit anxious when left totally alone. We recommend crating her when alone until she is a bit older/ until she learns the rules of her new home (just like any new addition to your home!). Annie loves to be loved on and is the world's best snuggler. She is a huge fan of toys, chews, frolicking, walks, car rides, hugs, and belly rubs. Annie is just a year old and is up to date on vaccines, spayed and microchipped. She is also heartworm negative. Annie loves all people, including kids, and is good with friendly cats. She is a hair nervous around very loud or tall men, but warms up quickly, especially with treats. Her smile can light up a room, and she's very emotionally savvy.
